Dreadlox & Bagels was born from a simple truth: jerk spice and lox are both about the same thing — patience, smoke, and bringing people together.
We take the warmth of Jamaican cooking — scotch bonnet heat, allspice depth, the sweetness of plantain — and weave it through the tradition of the Jewish deli. Everything bagels dusted with island seasoning. Schmears made with ackee and callaloo. Matzo balls floating in red pea broth.
